Chris Woolley is a Brain Education Instructor with over 9 years of experience and a background in kinesiology and athletic coaching. He holds a Master’s in Kinesiology and spent 14 years as a college professor. For 20 years, he coached soccer at all levels—from youth club and high school to the Olympic Development Program (ODP) and collegiate level. After turning to Brain Education to heal his body and manage stress, he now helps others optimize physical health, reduce stress, and perform better—both in movement and in life.
Brittany Rega is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Brain Education Instructor specializing in yoga therapy and somatic healing. A dedicated practitioner for over 7 years, she overcame a spinal injury and autoimmune condition through mind-body practices and found her purpose in helping others heal. As a coach and content creator, she shares tools for emotional and physical wellness with over 100k followers, inspiring balance, awareness, and intention.
