Step 4 of Brain Education: Brain Integrating

Your brain consists of two physical axes: the horizontal axis and the vertical axis. The horizontal axis is the left and right brain hemispheres. The vertical axis is the three layers of the brain: neocortex, limbic system, and brain stem. Brain Integrating connects the brain’s hemispheres and its three vertical layers to make them work together as one. In other words, Brain Integrating strengthens connections between reasoning, emotion, and instinct to make your brain work harmoniously towards your goal.

Brain Integrating connects the brain’s 2 hemispheres and 3 layers to work as 1.

There are two ways to approach brain integration: the hardware method and the software method.

The hardware method consists of stimulating the brain though light, sound, and vibration, which awakens the elemental life energy of the brain stem and reintegrates the three layers of the brain. Affirmations can also be used to give new, positive information to the brain.

The software approach is about reviewing the kind of information that define you like Who am I? What do I really want in my life? and interpreting your identity from a new perspective that is in line with your goals. When you let in and embrace new information, your brain will act to support that identity and help it manifest itself. For example, when you accept the information of “I am courageous. I can do it.” your brain will work to make your actions in line with that belief. Through this process, Brain Integrating helps you reinvent yourself based on your own decisions of how you want to create your life, rather than depending on what others expect of you.
